Collins one just because I'm from Orlando and am under the
impression he's the best to ever pass through good ole Orange Ave. I
must admit it, I didn't listen to it for the longest time, but once
I actually played it, I can honestly say I've only replaced it in my
CD player a few times. I now own sessions 2 and 3, and can't wait
till 4 next week! Keep em coming! I tell everyone that will listen
to me about this series, which blows global underground and united
DJ's of America out of the water. Speaking of global underground, I
think it would be very cool if you could get sasha and digweed, and
oakenfeld to do ICU's. I'd buy em in a heartbeat, as would everyone
else.

Generation Trance 2000 CD inside one of those listening booths at
Tower Records in Long Beach CA. I was very impressed with it, but
the store was sold out of it. Coming home disappointed I ordered
online and had to wait 5 days. You should keep sampling music in the
booths. I have bought several CD's that I would have not normally

What can be said about this DJ's unique sound, his stepped up beats,
his far out musicality, his
smooth mixing and transitions, his PERFECT timing and ecstatic build
ups, that doesn't scream that
COLLINS IS IN A CLASS THAT STANDS ALONE! A comparable DJ may be
Oakenfold, but
while I can tire of Oakenfold, I can listen to Collins all day,
every day, and still party with it on
weekends. I've tried to figure out what it is, 'cause both are
mystical and trancey, and the only thing
that stands out is that Collins brings an incredible visceral
quality to his mixing that jumps back and
forth between the 2nd and 4th chakras. It's the feeling you get when
you're in love! There are no
throwaways on this album, nothing you want to skip ahead to, from
beginning to end there are
trancy overlays with dance beats that never end. I recommend this
Trance 2000 as well as ICU
SESSION ONE. TRANCE 2000's pace is on a different level, but both
are 100% COLLINS!

I own "ICU Session 1" and can honestly say that this album
takes an enormous step into the realm
of progressive trance. The beats are harder and the builds are
quicker and more aggressive than
those on "ICU 1" The album continues with the tradition of
classic trance builds, but it tends to drop
in a lot harder than other trance albums that I've heard. There is a
lot of step bass and some excellent
effects to make this one of the best trance albums yet! BUY IT!

monument to Trance on "ICU".
The album is full of hypnotic builds, killer breaks, and powerful
rythm. "ICU" is one of those albums

This is a definite must have. I bought ICU 2000 before I bought this
one. I knew I couldn't go wrong. A lot of songs with chilled out
rhythms. The whole album is mixed so smoothly and perfectly. I'd
call it a top notch representation of progressive trance. I don't
think it gets much better then this. I would rate his choice of
songs much better then that of Oakey's. But that's just my opinion.
Tracks 3, 4, 5, 7, 9 & 11 are great but its so hard to label
favorites when the whole alum is just great. Yet another masterpiece
by Kimball. BUY THIS ONE.

HELP ME!! I can't push STOP!! This CD keeps playing 24-7. Over and

I lived in San Diego now in Philly. There will never be anything
like Him. Club Hedonism, there is
nothing like that place. He really knows how to make the energy in
the room rise and blow off the
roof. If you ever have a chance to see him live do it. It will
change your world:)

I live in San Diego and I have the pleasure of listening to Jon spin
his hard grooves at Club
Hedonism and Club Montage. This CD definitely represents his style
and skills. I've seen some of
the bigger names come to SD (Oakenfold, Sasha, DJ Dan, etc) and Jon
is definitely as good
as, if not better, in his mixes and music selection.
Jon Bishop represents SD to the fullest!

This CD is BUMPIN'!!!! I've never heard such musik from any other
DJ. Jon Bishop absolutely rips
up the sound waves. I just wish he'd play more all ages events!!! :)

The tippy top of the House/Garage genre. Like the vast majority of
CDs in this genre, it is
comprised of various artists continuously mixed by a DJ. Unlike the
vast majority, it's very good. If
you're into House/Garage, and you buy CDs, this one is a "core
holding", imho.

Dimitri was my introduction to the wonderful world of Trance music.
I saw him live in Amsterdam at
Roxy (the greatest club in the world I might add) and he was
amazing, I have never seen anyone
move the crowd like him. So, when I got back to the states a looked
to see if he had any mix CDs
out, and the only one is this one. I love it, his track selection is
the bomb his mixing kicks major as*.
The best way to listen to this is LOUD with a good set of speakers
and a nice sub woofer. Like I
said Dimitri is the artist who got me turned onto Trance, and this
was that CD.

I bought the CD in Chicago and has become on of my favorite CDs as a
whole. He has a smooth
house beat that keeps you dancing. No trance or deep house... just a
soothing sound with a touch
of the French nite-club atmosphere.
